As the practice grew, the name was shortened to Afdent, and a second location opened in Fort Wayne, making Dr. Pecina one of the first dentists in the country to expand patient care beyond a single office. Today, our South Bend/Mishawaka location encompasses three buildings on a single campus, while the Fort Wayne office occupies three stories.
Dr. Pecina continues to practice alongside over 20 associate dentists and nearly 300 dental and customer service professionals. Afdent has become a respected business in both Mishawaka and Fort Wayne and a nationally recognized leader in the dental industry.
